Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program - 6 Week Workshop Series

This program teaches low income families and youth to improve health by: 

• Eating more fruits and vegetables.
• Drinking fewer sweetened beverages.
• Maintaining a healthy weight.
• Being physically active.

Saturdays from 11am —12pm October 5, 12, 19 & 26 November 2 & 9

(You have to attend all 6 sessions to receive a Certificate of completion.)
