From our friends at Squeaky Wheel Film & Media Center:
What: Squeaky Wheel is now offering the nationally recognized Girls Who Code (GWC)! GWC is a free after-school coding program for 6th-12th graders. This is the first public offering of this amazing and immersive workshop in Buffalo. Not only can learning to code give young women a competitive advantage, but coding also helps improve their creativity and problem-solving skills. Students will learn multiple coding languages and engage with women working professionally in computer sciences!
