U.S. Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez joins with VOICE-Buffalo and the Niagara Organizing Alliance for Hope (NOAH) for a public meeting to discuss and explore solutions to racial and economic disparities across Western New York through innovative workforce training and placement programs that serve African-Americans, Hispanics, refugees, women, those in poverty, those with disabilities, and other communities of color.
