An open, inclusive, outdoor/indoor, family-friendly, community-wide celebration of diversity in the (skating) arts, as honored and depicted in a new 10x50ft. mural on the outside of Skateland's front-facing, north wall. 


Outside:

A nice block-party style hang out front: eat, drink, dance, paint.

Participate in the final phase of Chuck Tingley's new mural at Skateland, by helping to add stencils and filling in the trademark Skateland colors to the kinetic shapes that weave through and bind together the new work

Open skate, free for all event participants (event ticket provided at the door) with the exception of $1 skate rental

View thousands of Polaroids covering the inside walls, representing the tip of the iceberg of all those whose lives have been touched and shaped inside Skateland, and to whom the new mural is a tribute

Pizza, sweets, treats, drinks and skate merchandise available at the concessions bar
