Professor Stacey Sutton from the College of Urban Planning & Public Affairs (CUPPA) at the University of Illinois, Chicago, will present what we don’t know about gentrification, its social costs, how gentrification is not revitalization, and how residents can shape policies, develop solutions for positive outcomes.
