Democracy Fellows

Andrew Marcum is an Adjunct Professor of Disability Studies for the City University of New York and Program Director at the Center for Self Advocacy in Buffalo, N.Y. His project strives to increase civic and community engagement among people with disabilities in Buffalo and Erie County so that our communities can become more inclusive, open, and accessible to all people.
