Justin Larke is the Founder of GPS/The Navigation System, a program designed to empower economically impoverished communities through financial literacy. Believing that you must treat the whole, the program educates both youth and adults in the areas of budgeting, financial planning and business. He appreciates working with others who share the same vision of self-reliant communities. Larke believes that together we can encourage entrepreneurs, build up businesses, invest in our youth, while bringing new life and value to our people.
