Orlando Dickson is a permanent transplant to Buffalo who was Born in Chicago and raised In Las Vegas. He is a father first, a retired nine-Year Army Veteran, and a second-year law school student. His leadership style is to listen first to his colleagues and then make decisions efficiently. He prides himself on being fair, impartial, and leading by example. Dickson wants to be an effective leader, a leader who gets things done (things that matter to the people).

I learned valuable skills that will help me become not only an effective organizer, but a better person within the movement.
