Kevin Berta
Class of 2018
Kevin Berta currently works at People Inc. as a Senior Day Supervisor overseeing two different programs. One is located at the University of Buffalo and the other is located at the Museum of Disability. These programs help younger adults grow their independence and employment skills. His leadership style is based on strong communication and always encouraging his team’s feedback. He is a solution-based thinker. Through the Emerging Leadership program, he looks forward to learning new skills, so he can continue to empower the people he works with, educate his community, and advocate for the disability population.
