Emerging Leaders Class of 2020

Stephanie Cabral, a Buffalo native and first-generation college graduate, obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Medaille College. As the Operations Manager and Workforce Director at Peace of the City - a nonprofit for at-risk youth in Buffalo - Cabral works closely with teens to mentor and educate them on employable soft skills and entrepreneurial skills. Helping people break free from generational trauma and cyclical poverty is at the core of her work. By joining Emerging Leaders, Cabral hopes to strengthen her knowledge in socioeconomic issues affecting her community and collaborate with like-minded leaders toward long-term solutions that positively impact the inner city.
