Stephen Lutter is a military officer who brings 10 years of experience in operations, recruiting, and marketing. Stephen lives the values of servant leadership and believes that this world could benefit from more kindness. Stephen believes in providing autonomy to his employees and provides opportunities to those who lead values-driven lives. Stephen also serves on numerous nonprofit boards and believes that "to whom much is given, much is expected." He is a devoted husband to his wife Madeline and is a resident of East Aurora, NY.
