Emerging Leaders Class of 2023

Phyllis Gunning is an independent consultant with a focus on community-based program development and sustainability. She is also the Founder of Auntie PhiPhi's Gluten Free and Keto Home Baked Goods. Based in Niagara County, she hopes to bring her experience in healthcare and education to advocate for equitable access to healthy foods, safe communities, and adequate housing for all residents of the Niagara region.
