Originally from Kansas City, Amanda has called Buffalo, NY home since 2008. Amanda shaped her career over the last 25 years with various leadership roles in the technology industry with companies like Sprint, EarthLink, and Synacor. Over the last several years, Amanda has shifted her focus to equitable food access, dedicating herself to food rescue and upcycling initiatives that benefit people and the planet. She is a Master’s candidate in Sustainable Food Systems at the Culinary Institute of America. Amanda is passionate about advancing food justice in Buffalo, striving to eliminate food disparities and ensure access to nourishing and culturally appropriate food for all.
