Emerging Leaders Class of 2024

Aye Min Thant is originally from Myanmar (Burmar). Aye now lives in Buffalo and considers it her second home. She received a Bachelor's in Art and Letters from SUNY Buffalo State College. Aye worked as a teaching assistant at AK, a High School Program Coordinator at WEDI, a Community Development Assistant with WEDI, a math tutor, and volunteered for different community groups. Currently, she works with Buffalo String Works. She cares deeply about youth, nature, and community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, photography, drawing, and hiking.
