Ebony McMillan is a native of the East Side of Buffalo, N.Y. She has dedicated her life to advocating for the voiceless, underprivileged, disadvantaged, and underrepresented. Her ministry is focused on supporting families to reach their highest potential and bringing back the village to the community.
Ebony has witnessed firsthand the effects of trauma on individuals and the significant impact of a caring person and authentic love on those affected by trauma. She strongly believes that we can all make a difference in the lives of every child or parent through kindness and small acts that demonstrate value. Furthermore, Ebony firmly believes in the potential to heal harm and hurt, given the right environment and companionship. Whether planning, teaching, or building, Ebony is always looking to create bridges that lead to success within the family. She considers it the single most important job, second only to acknowledging a higher power. Honoring the family is the greatest form of a gift. Each experience has Ebony humbled, and she feels honored to be a support that restores hope within.
