Kito Hill, Director of Purchasing, Facilities & Technology to the Buffalo Urban League family. Kito is a Procurement & Vendor Risk Professional with over 20 years of strategic sourcing experience in the private and technology industry. Mrs. Hill is a native of the Western New York area and attended Hutchinson Central Technical High School. She is passionate about mentoring, education, and diversity within the community. Mrs. Hill earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Medaille College. Kito was also awarded a scholarship at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth—Building a Successful Diverse Business.
Kito has two young adults: Dwight Jackson, a prosecutor in Atlanta, GA, and LeMoyne Hill, an entrepreneur in Buffalo, NY, who owns Great4Life, Inc. Recently, she established the Pillar of Women Empower Right (P.O.W.E.R). This organization will focus on women to help them develop leadership skills, break generational curses, leave dysfunctional relationships, and learn how to be better mothers, sisters, daughters, cousins, friends, and nieces in the village.
