Latisha Ann Randle is compassionate and loves to empower, encourage, and motivate people. She is the CEO of Create Your Own Destiny Mindset Coaching and Consulting Company LLC and the founder of the CYOD Mentoring program. She is a life coach, author, mentor, motivational speaker, and creative writer who aims to help people master their mindsets. Latisha is an International Best-Selling Co-Author of Broken Crayons Still Color: Life After and Today & Beyond Multi-Cultural Vision Board Clip Art Book. Latisha is an expert vision board workshop facilitator. In addition, Latisha is a Fair Future Coach at SAY YES Buffalo and a Credible Messenger for CCMI at Open Buffalo.
Latisha is a family-oriented person who values equality and inclusion for all. Latisha is very transparent about the struggles that people face in this unfair world. She encourages and empowers people to believe in themselves and never give up, especially when facing the pressures of life. She believes in spreading love, hope, and togetherness to everyone she encounters. When Latisha is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to music, conducting vision board workshops for adults and youth, and mentoring.
