Emerging Leaders Class of 2024

Patricia Diane Hamilton, also known as Ms. Pat, Mom, Auntie, and Bestie, is a mother of four young men and seven grandchildren, a role that brings her immense joy and fulfillment. She is a woman loved by God and passionately pursuing God’s will for her life. 

At a young age, Pat knew she was different and wasn’t meant to fit in just anyone’s box. She courageously took on difficult challenges that taught her to embrace the wisdom and knowledge she had gained through her life journey, a journey that she hopes will inspire others to seek their own path. 

Growing up in a strict Christian home with values and morals, Pat recognized the difference between what is right and what is wrong, between what is good and what is evil. This recognition fuels her passion for justice, fairness, equality, and, most of all, peace and love in the community. She is committed to being the change people need to see, as she believes change starts within each of us.

Pat is also a survivor and an overcomer of domestic violence: a survivor because she is still alive to tell her story, and an overcomer because she now knows she is no longer the victim but the VICTOR!
