Please join Open Buffalo and Partnership for the Public Good for a night of great theater, this Thursday, March 12, 8pm, as we enjoy Ujima Theatre Co’s production of "Topdog/Underdog," a Pulitzer-prize winning play by Suzan Lori-Parks. Directed by Roosevelt Tidwell and starring Preach Freedom and Amilcar Hill, this is a “hard-hitting hip-hop-journey of dizzying verbal virtuosity,” in a production praised for its “brilliance” by Buffalo News critic Colin Dabkowski.
PLEASE NOTE that the production is being staged at Hallwalls Contemporary Art Center, 341 Delaware (Babeville). For tickets, call 716-883-4232.
All of PPG and Open Buffalo staff will be attending, and we will be releasing a new Innovation Lab report on the integration of arts and social justice work, so please join us!
