Emerging Leaders 'Spring Forward' with First Alumni Gathering!

On March 30th, 2019, Open Buffalo held our first gathering with alumni from all Emerging Leaders’ classes! For the members of our signature leadership program, this occasion provided an opportunity to network with other graduates, shared the personal impact of their year, and brainstorm on how to make our initiative even more innovative and inclusive for future cohorts.
The evening featured good food and good company, where graduates expressed what Open Buffalo means for learning the power of our stories, envisioning real leadership for our city, & being part of this family that seeks justice for all.
It's successful turnout marks the first in a series of professional development and continued opportunities to grow as organizers of social change.
