"Poetic Justice: Creative Space" Kicks off Justice & Opportunity Series

On Friday, July 21, Open Buffalo and the Justice and Opportunity Coalition hosted our second Poetic Justice: Creative Space. We welcomed a warm and engaged crowd of poets, musicians, spoken word artists, and community-minded souls for an evening of expression, healing, celebration, and movement-building.
We are grateful to everyone who attended and/or contributed to this event. Extra thanks go to our lovely host Hostel Buffalo-Niagara -- a gem in the Buffalo community.
Poetic Justice was the official kick-off of our annual Justice & Opportunity Series, which offers events and spaces throughout Buffalo to offer community education and empowerment. Watch out for J&O Series events throughout this summer and fall!
