An Open Buffalo-sponsored training in November 2014 introduced dozens of Buffalonians to the Leading Change Network and the Marshall Ganz school of community organizing.
The first ever Open Buffalo leadership development program -- Emerging Leaders -- launches in exactly one month. The deadline to apply isn’t until Monday, August 24, but applications are rolling in every day. If you’d like the chance to participate, be sure to submit your application as soon as possible. Open Buffalo’s Emerging Leaders Program is a brand new leadership development training school which aims to build a stronger Buffalo by preparing new leaders in our city. Those accepted into the inaugural class of 2015 will complete an innovative curriculum that combines cutting-edge training, action-oriented research, and interpersonal skill-building.
The Emerging Leaders program is highly competitive. Not everyone who applies will be accepted. We are looking for passionate members of the community who want have a greater impact in the community. If this sounds like you, we highly encourage you to apply at www.openbuffalo.org/leaders.
