Position Title: Ecological Justice Internship (Summer/Fall 2025)
Location: (In-Person) Open Buffalo Office, 1327 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14208
Hours: 15 hours per week
Compensation: $25 per hour
Duration: July 2025 - December 2025

Ecological Justice is a core element of Open Buffalo’s mission. To understand the interdependence between all living things is a crucial step toward protecting the global climate and its delicate ecosystems to ensure that marginalized communities have uninhibited access to quality air, water, and food.
Position Overview:
The Ecological Justice Intern will provide essential support to the day-to-day operations of our ecological justice initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit administration, project coordination, and justice-centered environmental work.
