“My name is Sierra Salters and I am a part of the Emerging Leaders Program, Class of 2021. Open Buffalo has helped me in so many ways. I started as just a concerned human looking to be a part of the healing of the community. They welcomed me and provided me with the information and inspiration to feel comfortable enough to start making changes now. I learned more about my path and my role in these changes, and also met the most hardworking people I know through this program. Their dedication is unmatched and their passion is remarkable. I am very grateful to have gotten this chance to learn from and work with an amazing group of people.”
